Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with the tamper seal and cap intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or where the tamper seal or cap has been broken or damaged.

To start a return, you can contact us at jakobee.sale@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.  

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items  
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products  
- Items with broken or removed tamper seals or caps  
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must still be unused, unopened, with tamper seal intact, and in original packagin
